Our app provides a seamless process for users to manage and delete their account information in compliance with privacy standards, Google Play Store and Apple App Store requirements.
Users can delete their account directly within the app. To do so:

Select the option for 'Delete Account under Login Details'

Follow the steps to confirm the deletion of your account.
Data Deletion Specifics:

Upon account deletion, all personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, and phone number will be permanently removed from our records.

Non-PII data, including but not limited to usage data and analytics, may be retained and used in an anonymized form that cannot be linked back to any individual.

The account deletion process is immediate, however the user can re-login within 30 days and post that data will be permanently deleted from our database

Subscription Policy

The user can cancel his/her subscription at any time by sending a mail to hello@ohsm.in

There would be no refunds issued , however the subscription can be restarted at any time by sending a mail to hello@ohsm.in

We have 6 month and 12 month subscription plans , however 3 month plan (one-time exception) will be only at sole discretion of OHSM
